The license exam is organized by TAAN and Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHAM) every year. Transportation on the trek
For the Annapurna Sanctuary trek, there are different means of transport. our trip starts from Pokhara and ends there so we use private car transport. it is for the trek start point and finish point to Pokhara. If you are travel to Pokhara from Kathmandu you can take 25 minutes flight or 6/7 hours drive by bus or by private car. the main way to get there is by driving. Passport and Visa info
First, be sure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the return date. You can obtain visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport. USD 30 or equivalent convertible currency for 15 days for single/multiple entries. If you get a visa for 30 days It is USD 50 or equivalent convertible currency. USD 125 or equivalent convertible currency for 90 days for single/multiple entries
You can get a Nepal visa before arrival from the Nepalese Embassy in your home country. Likewise, you can easily get an upon arrival visa at Kathmandu airport and other different borders from Nepal.
We find that most travelers find themselves in difficulty as sometimes; they don’t carry money to get a visa at the time of their arrival. There is no ATM inside the visa section. Though there is a provision of ATM outside, it is more likely that sometimes it doesn’t work. So, for your comfort, we recommend you bring the cash US$ to get them on arrival visa.
Money Exchange for the trek
You can exchange your money for Nepali rupees for your Annapurna sanctuary trek. Nepal banknotes come in Rupees, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 denominations. Coins come in Rupees 1, 2, 5, and 10 denominations. Foreign currencies must be exchanged only through banks or authorized money exchangers. The receipts of such transactions are to be obtained and retained. Visitors can exchange foreign currency at the foreign exchange counter at the airport upon arrival too, Although their rates are quite low so better you can exchange in the city.

Accommodation in the sanctuary trek is a lodge and at teahouse. The down part of the trek has a good guest house with more facilities like Chhomrong. After Chhomrong the guest house is more basic and limited. In season time you need to share the room with other trekkers. They have a dormitory room with 4 to 6 beds. You will sleep in a basic room with a bed, mattress, bed cover, and pillow. You need your own sleeping bag and better to have a sleeping bag liner also. The facilities are quite basic at the lodge. In some places, there is no electricity but they have solar power in the dining room and. You can charge your battery for cell phones and cameras at extra cost.

We will eat at the local guest house. We will include your daily meals on our package, which covers your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All the guest houses have a menu that is fixed by a National park or conservation area project. There are local to international hygienic food choices.

Get the water purification iodine or tablets. They are small, cheap, and light to carry, another better way is to get water filters they are low to carry and easy to use.
