What to do during altitude sickness?

You or your trip partner might suffer from altitude sickness. In such a situation, you should be calm and listen to your guide. Always think positive during the trek and if you are at a higher altitude be careful. If you get the symptoms of altitude sickness then immediately stop the trek or descend the elevation. You will have to carry a first aid kit or other simple medication with you during the trek. You have to inform your guide and friend if anything unusual happens. And if the situation gets worse then we will evacuate you via helicopter.

When to trek to Annapurna region?
