Climbing Mount Everest is no an easy task and is expensive too. Everest Helicopter tour is super expensive and many people can’t afford it. The cost for a climber is US $11,000 as declared by the Nepalese government. And it is expensive for normal people. Some may also consider it as a luxurious trip.
After reaching base camp, the charge will increase on per day basis. Hiring a Sherpas and a guide would increase your price to $25,000.

Not only this, but there is also an Ice Doctor, specially prepared for seasons route is expensive to hire. You will pay for daily kinds of stuff such as for cooks, phone access, weather forecast, garbage, etc. Depending upon your time duration, your stay at Everest base camp. You will need at least 5/6 of them and buying for Sherpas would increase the number of bottles. The cost may be at around $2000 for an oxygen bottle.

The name of the Mount Everest is Sagarmatha in Sanskrit and Nepali, while Chomolungma in Tibetan. Chinese call it Zhumulangma Feng or (Wade-Giles romanization) Chu-mu-lang-ma Feng.
