Day hike in Shivapuri
Shivapuri National Park was established in 2002. It is located in the northern corner of Kathmandu Valley. It occupies the area of 159 square kilometers. Shivapuri National Park is in the first place for water supplying to Kathmandu. The national park has got some popular religious sites and a very famous hiking route through the refreshing lush green forest in the lap of the Himalayas. Day hike to Nagarkot
There are many places in and around Kathmandu for a day hike. A short and pleasant hike from Changunarayan to Nagarkot offers the commanding views of the Himalayas over the horizon.
