You can choose the food from the menu at tea house prices that are fixed by a National park or conservation area project. There is local to international hygienic food choices.

We suggest you eat at the same tea house where you stay. To be vegetarian is better in high altitude and remote area. The meet items are carried in a long way, so not fresh. The typical Nepali food is Dal bhat ( Rice lentil, mixed vegetable curry, and pickle)

For breakfast, you will have a choice of pancakes (plain, apple, cinnamon, lemon, etc.) served with peanut butter or honey; porridge; egg items (scrambled, boiled, fried, omelet); bread (toast, chapatti). Lunch and dinner Dal Bhat, pasta, pizza, garlic soup, momos, curry, macaroni, and other rice and noodle-based dishes are served.

Drinking water during your Trek: We suggest you at least drink 3/4  liters of water per day while you are on the trail. While bottled mineral water can be purchased all over Kathmandu and along popular trekking trails, plastic water bottles are a significant problem in Nepal’s mountain areas. So instead of relying on bottled water, travelers should instead purify their water.

Having purification tablets/iodine is best because you will not have the time to boil your water. They are small, cheap, and light to carry, another better way is to get water filters they are low to carry and easy to use. You can bring two reusable water bottles. So that you always have one bottle to drink from, while the water in your other bottle is being purified.

Equipment ideas: We advise you to bring all of your clothing and gear from home, however in Kathmandu there are many shops to buy and rent trek related equipment. Here are the suggested items. -20-degree sleeping bag ( having sleeping bag linear is useful if you do trek more high altitude) Duffel Bag Or Rucksack Bag with waterproof cover, A Daypack, T-shirts, Thermal Vest, lightweight thermal tops, Fleece Jacket or Pullover. Waterproof Jacket, Women sports bras, synthetic, Hiking shorts, Fleece or tracksuit pants, Lightweight walking pants, Thin inner socks, Thick warm wool hiking socks, Hiking boots, Camp Sandals
Woolen Hat, Sun Hat, Bandana or scarf, sunglasses, moisturizing skin cream, and Lip balm, Water bottles, Water purifier, Headtorch, Hand Sanitizer, Pain reliever, First Aid Kit, Toiletries, Towel

Your trek Backpack/duffle bag: Our porters will carry your baggage on the trek, the maximum weight per trekkers is 15 kg, including your sleeping bag and down jacket; other items not required on the trek can be stored in our office or your hotel in Kathmandu.
