Day 01: - Greetings at Kathmandu Airport
We will meet you at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel. When you have had your time to settle in and freshen up after your long fight, you will be invited to visit our office for a briefing about your program. You will have meeting with your trekking guide and discuss about the requirements for the trekking and we will process for the trekking. If you arrive at night we will have same discussion in next day morning after your breakfast.
Day 02: - Kathmandu Drive to Sundarijal (1350m/4429ft) trekking to Chisopani (2140m/7021ft)
Drive about 1 hour from Kathmandu takes you to trek start point Sundarijal. From Sundarijal the trail climb up besides the water pipes which supplies Kathmandu drinking water. The trail will enter through the Shivapuri Watershed and Wildlife Reserve which offers a rich insight into the lives, history, culture and religion of its inhabitants. From the top of Shivapuri, one can have a panoramic view of the western mountains like Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Ganesh Himal Range, Mt. Langtang Range, Mt. DorjeLhakpa Mt. Shisapangma, Mt. GauriShankar and many more.
The trail continues up hill through the forest to meet the Mulkharka Village (1894m) with the inhabitants of Tamang people. The trail continues with climbing on the forest of rhododendron and oaks after pass the Borlang Bhanjyang trail goes downhill to Chisopani (2140m). The mountain of Manaslu to Everest offers wonderful photography and panoramic views. Spend your night at lodge.
Day 03: - Chisopani trekking to Nagarkot (2170m/7119ft)
After having our breakfast, we continue our trekking through mostly flat downhill trail to Nagarkot. Trekking goes between the village and forest with the great views of country site and mountain. Nagarkot offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan Mountains, quality accommodation, and high standards of service. Nagarkot is much more away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Well known as a place to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets and also Mount Everest can be seen on a clear day including other 12 peaks. From here we get breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Manaslu and Gauri Shankar, DorjeLhakpa and other mountains. Stay in hotel overnight.
Day 04: - Nagarkot trekking to Dhulikhel (1700m/5577ft)
We wake up early to catch the sun rising over the snowy Himalayan peaks. The first rays of the sun firing the peaks a lightest red slowly lighting up the Himalayas from Kanchenjunga and Everest in Far East of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in the West. After breakfast we will trek down to old Newari town of Dhulikhel. It is an old Newari trade station en route to the Tibetan plateau. It is an ideal place for visitors to enjoy natural environment, the local lifestyle, old Newari culture and spectacular views. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 05: - Dhulikhel trekking to Namobuddha and back to Dhulikhel and drive back to Kathmandu.
After breakfast We will go for trekking to Namobuddhha. Namobuddha lies in the Kavre district at an altitude of 1800m, about 38 km east of Kathmandu. The shrines and Stupa made in this lovely little hill give a significant mark to an ancient holy site where a legendary prince named Mahasattva offered him to starving Tigress with its several cubs. This legendary episode is depicted in a very lovely stone slab and place right next to a holy stupa. after visit back to Dhulikhel and drive back to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 06: - Depart Kathmandu, We wil take you to aiport.
If you are leaving Nepal and not continuing your holiday here in Nepal, we will take you to the Kathmandu Airport to catch your flight home. Our staff will oversee your safe and timely arrival at the Tribhuvan International Terminal and help you arrange your last minute departure details. We will wish you a happy journey in the traditional and cultural way of Nepal and hope to see you again!
