Day 01: - Your Trek guide will meet you at your hotel and trek to Tikhedhunga ( 1540m) : walking distance 3-4 hours - 9.6 km
Pick up you from your hotel in Pokhara, After having your breakfast, A car drive for about 1 and half hour through large village Lumle brings you to Nayapul. The Ghorepani Poonhill trail follows the main streets of Birethanti (1000m), winding through the bamboo forests and past waterfalls with plunge pools inviting you for a refreshing swim. After lunch in Sudame, we gently climbing up the side of the valley to reach Hille (1510m) and Tikhedunga (1540m), overnight in guest house.
Day 02: - Tikhedhunga Trekking to Ghorepani ( 2775m) walking distance 4-6 hours - 9.4 km
Our trek start with steeply climbing in the stone staircase up to Ulleri, it is wise to start early morning so you will not get swept, after reaching large Magar village of Ulleri (2080m). You walk up besides the cascading river through refreshingly cool oak and Rhododendron forest. The day destination Ghorepani (2750m) is reached after about an hour past Nangathanti. Ghorepani is famous hill point to enjoy close view of snow capped peaks. Overnight at guest house
Day 03: - Ghorepani- Poonhill (3210m) and trek to Ghandruk (1980m) via Tadapani (2560m): walking distance 7-8 hours 17.2km
We make a very early morning about an hour excursion to Poon Hill (3210m), one of the best Himalaya viewpoints in Nepal, providing an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the high Himalayas. The spectacular panorama stretches from Dhaulagiri I and Tukuche to Nilgiri Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Lamjung Himal and the Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhare) that make your breath and eyes caught.
Get back to Ghorepani about 40 minutes trek down, After breakfast trek starts descending steeply through the dense moss-covered forest with rich bird life to Tadapani (2540m). You can encounter with monkeys and wide varieties of birds. The right-hand trail makes a short, steep descent among rocks to a stream crossing then leads out a ridge towards Ghandruk. Ghandruk is the second largest Gurung village in Nepal. You can explore the maze-like streets of this thriving Gurung settlement. Enjoy a good mountain view of Annapurna South and Fishtail.
Day 04: - Ghandruk trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara: walking distance 3-5 hours - 10.3 km
Today you gradually decline down to the village. The trail passes through small hamlets, terraced rice fields and subtropical forests giving a very beautiful glimpse. We will mostly follow the ever-flowing Modi Khola along ease and pleasant walk to Birethanti. The trail makes a steep, sometimes treacherous descent on a narrow path alongside the stream. The descent becomes gentler as the route reaches Nangathanti. We continue our walk to Nayapul and catch a private vehicle to get to Pokhara. We spend a beautiful night in Pokhara city.
