Detailed Itinerary of Himalaya Tour

Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. Our representative will meet you thereafter you finish your immigration formalities, you can get a sim card if you need it and we will take you to your hotel.

When you have had your time to settle in and freshen up after your long flight. We will have a short meeting for a briefing about your program. The evening is free at your leisure, you can enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the best restaurants. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Today after breakfast you will meet your tour guide and leave for the sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley. We are covering the famous Hindu temples of Pashupatinath, The  Swyambhunath ( Monkey Temple), very ancient, and mostly enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage sites.

The biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath and the fine arts and historical architecture of Patan ( the city of fine arts) reflecting the ancient Nepalese culture are highlighted on our guided tour. We drop you at your hotel and you have free time to explore around. have dinner, and perhaps take a stroll through the famous streets.

After breakfast, we will drive to Bhaktapur (known as the city of devotees). Bhaktapur lies 14 km east of Kathmandu. We will visit Durbar square in Bhaktapur to view beautifully and richly carved woodwork, both on the temples in the square and the surrounding homes. After attending a Bhaktapur Durbar Square, we will proceed to Changu Narayan, one of the oldest temples in the valley, and also World Heritage-listed.

From here you can do hiking to Nagarkot. It offers you panoramic views of the Himalayas from the famous viewpoint of Nagarkot and also takes you to the world heritage site, Changu Narayan.

The main thing to see in this trail is the local villages along the trail still exhibit a countryside lifestyle even though being so close to the city. Journey on a hike that will lead you to remote villages to learn about the lifestyles of ethnic groups like the Tamangs and the Newars.

Nagarkot is popular for sunrise and sunset views from the Mountains and is one of the most popular hill stations. You can get a magnificent panoramic view of the Himalayan range from Dhaulagiri in the west and Mt. Everest in the east.

The first rays of the sun firing the peaks glowing a multitude of pink, gold, and red hues as it slowly lights up the Himalayas becomes extremely beautiful gracing your hiking pursuits.

After breakfast, we will drive back to  Kathmandu about a 1 and half hour drive; from here, you can take a 6-hour drive to Pokhara or can take a 25-minute flight. After checking in to your hotel, you will be free, can walk around to the Phew lake area.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot to see Sunrise over the Himalayan Peaks, Sarangkot provides one of the best sunrise views and best Himalayan and countryside view, drive back to the hotel have breakfast, and we will leave for the tour of Pokhara city. We will visit Bindavasini Temple, Seti George, Devis Falls, Mahendra Caves, and enjoy a relaxing time boating on the Phewa Tal (lake). The evening will be yours to spend as you wish.

After breakfast, We will drive or fly back to Kathmandu; the drive is about 7 hours by scenic road, the flight takes 25 minutes to reach Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel. Last-Minute shopping time and look around Kathmandu streets.

You can extend your trip also with us or if it is your final day here.  We will take you to the Airport. We will wish you a happy journey traditionally and culturally of and hope to see you again.
