The Nepal family tour is a combination of the tour and easy trekking
Nepal is popularly known as the Himalayan Kingdom. A wide belt of mountains runs across the country’s eastern edge to the farthest west. There are 8 of the ten highest peaks in the world. Apart from them, hundreds of others exist too.
Our menu offers you varieties of these mountains of all kinds of altitudes that you can choose from. You may select any of the tour itineraries you find the best to match your needs. And luckily, you are already a big fan of walking into nature.
We have the Nepal Walking Holiday for such sorts of visitors. As the name suggests, this trip lets you walk through places. The viewpoints there are naturally scattered. Each view provides majestic insights into how beautiful a mountain peak can be.
There is a remarkable thing about family tour packages in Nepal. Trekking on the foothills means walking beside the Himalayas. The hilly region subsists alongside the mountains. Thus, you can see the peaks in front of you.
There is no such thing as gazing at something that soothes your heart the most and zoning out for a while. You get the best views and scenery. You also learn about the cultures and lifestyles of people in the region. These people are very well to be neighborly and friendly to all visitors.
They have an amicable approach and hospitality. Suppose you look forward to a good trip and about walking in the country. You can book the trip or contact us for further information on the trek.

Family Annapurna trek

I was traveling with a family of 5 people: 8 and 11 years old child, my wife, and my mom, 58 years old. We did the small trek in Annapurna up to Ghandruk Village Loop. It was a wonderful experience, especially with the help of our guide and porters. Due to the rain and not very good weather, the trail was quite slippery.
Puru, the owner, provided us with the best guide and porters. They were very familiar with children and took care of every small thing. We traveled by bus between Kathmandu and Pokhara. Taking a flight or private vehicle when traveling with children is better.
Thank you, Above the Himalaya and team, for making our trip memorable.

Excellent family trip

I traveled during the Christmas break with two kids, aged 12 and 14, and my wife. Fantastic experience, Annapurna Trek, Pokhara, Kathmandu excursions, Chitwan, Everest flights – the works! Puru organized daily trips, internal flights, guides, and accommodation.
Because of his extensive experience and local knowledge (he used to be a Guide), the places we visited were incredible and well-researched. Purna was our leading guide for the Annapurna trek. He was brilliant with the kids, and you felt very safe. He made the trip fun and was a straightforward company.
There are lots of trekking tours in Kathmandu. It can be overwhelming to make a choice. I recommend Above the Himalayas. They are very experienced and very trustworthy. They tuned into the local scene. They remain committed to the long-term sustainable development of the Nepal tourist industry.

Family Holiday

Just came back after a week’s holiday in Nepal with my parents. We were worried about the weather and road conditions as this is the rainy season there. From the beginning, Puru, the company owner, gave us all the information about the tour and the excellent place to go.
We didn’t have any problem at all from arrival to departure. Most of the trip was rainy, but the best guide we had, driver, and hotel chosen made us feel happy. Due to rain, we only saw a little; we have covered Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Nagarkot and will return in March 2018.
Thank you, Above the Himalaya and team, for making our holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

Best family tour in Nepal

We traveled in the low season for our Nepal family tour. Which I love because I prefer fewer crowds. The weather was quite good at times. All the hotels had a/c and wifi. The food was terrific in Nepal. My favorite food was momo! You must try it.
I saw the Annapurna range in beautiful Pokhara. A climb of the peace pagoda is a must. Perfect views. Puru is a lovely host. Very honest and generous. He took us to a beautiful traditional restaurant so we could taste local food. It was the cherry on the cake of our experience!
A trip I will never forget!
