Along the way, visit the Marpha, the apple kingdom of Nepal. If it is apple season, we will pick apples at an apple orchard. Overnight at Kagbeni (2,804 m).
Day 02: Kagbeni - Ghami
We will follow the route along Ghami for our today’s destination. The drive will be about 4 hrs long, and you will enjoy a scenic drive from Kagbeni to Ghami.
Day 03: Ghami drive to Lo Manthang
Today, after breakfast, we will explore the cliffs of Dhakmar and start our driving. We will stop for lunch at the beautiful settlement of Tsarang. We also have an option to visit the Luri Cave Chorten. We are furthermore driving to the Lo Manthang.
Day 04: Lo Manthang- Nepal Tibet Border - Dzong Cave Complex
Explore the three monasteries of Lo Manthang in the morning. After exploring the morning, we will drive north to the Nepal-China border at Kora La – a 1-hour drive. Drive back and visit the large Dzong Cave complex at Chooser. You can ride a horse. You need to book in advance.
Day 05: Lo Manthang - Jomsom
Finish our Jeep tour, and today, after breakfast, we will drive back to Jomsom. You have the option to visit Ghar Gumba, which may take another one more hour.
Day 06: Jomsom - Drive back to Pokhara
Drive back to Pokhara. If you get tired of driving, take a short early morning flight to Pokhara by adding extra cost for a flight ticket.
