    Visiting Kopan Monastery:

    You can have a day to visit the Kopan monastery from Sunday-Friday in-between period of 9 am to 5 pm and attend a daily dharma talk. You can have your lunch at a peaceful Kopan coffee shop.     Getting there:

    There are three main routes to Kopan Monastery. the foremost enjoyable walk is from Boudha. Walking from the side of the stupa, the road goes through Phulbari and meets the road coming from Chuchepati. Then it’s downhill and therefore the monastery comes into view. You then climb up towards it. the opposite route is thru Chabahil turning left at Chuchepati where one can see a statue of Pasang Lhamu Sherpa.
