Essential Information - Lumbini Tour

Maya Devi Temple

Maya Devi temple is main attraction of our Lumbini tour and also calling as the spiritual heart of Lumbini Nepal. The temple has the place, where Queen Maya Devi gave birth to Lord Buddha in around 563 BC. The sacred garden is adjoined with this temple and has great importance as well. The garden comprises of Pillar of Ashoka, maroon- and saffron-robed monks, an old piece of stupas and the sacred Bodhi Tree, etc.
