TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The group knows that the trek or tour is meticulously arranged by the highly professional and experienced team at Above The Himalaya Trekking (P) LTD. It is understood that my participation in this adventure entails certain inherent risks and dangers.

1. The trekking expedition is in mountain terrain.
2. Travel by aircraft, car, bus, coach, Jeep, boat, canoe, raft, automobile, Elephant, bicycle, or any other means of conveyance.
3. Accidental illness in remote regions with little or no medical facilities and without means of paid evacuation.
4. Accidents caused by the forces of nature
5. The itinerary is subject to change due to reasons beyond our control, such as Government restrictions, landslides, road blockages, Floods, avalanches, political unrest, flight cancellations, Missing International flights due to domestic flight cancellation or delay, sickness or accident, or vehicle breakdown.

In recognition of the privilege to partake in this trek or tour and the comprehensive safety measures and precautions undertaken by Above The Himalaya Trekking (P) LTD, I at this moment release, discharge, and covenant not to sue The company, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, officials, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and advertisers ( each considered one of the “Releases” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the ordinary negligence of the Releases ( including negligent rescue operations).

I understand the risks of trekking and touring and agree to assume all of them. I now agree to accept all risks, dangers, and conditions and pay all additional costs that may arise as a result. So, clients should have full travel insurance against medical and personal accident risks.

1. If you wish to cancel your trek or tour before the commencement, a “33% cancellation charge will apply.” This charge excludes all government tax, transportation, and permit charges.
2. We reserve the right to offer no refund if the client cannot complete the trek due to illness or other circumstances, such as inclement weather.
3. If the client wishes to extend the trek or tour beyond the agreed number of days, the Above the Himalaya trekking company will charge additional amount per person per day after the agreed finish date and directly pay your trekking/tour guide.
